Terms and Conditions
HEREAFTER ECOSSE AZUR LIMITED IS REFERRED TO AS E. A. L. THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS FORM THE BASIS OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE SIGNATORY OF THE BOOKING FORM AND E.A.L.
BOOKINGS
The contract for the supply of holiday accommodation only comes into force when E.A.L. has received a completed and signed Booking Form together with the appropriate deposit. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions herein. No variation of the booking conditions shall prevail unless authorised in writing by E.A.L. Provisional bookings will be accepted by e-mail, telephone or fax subsequent to enquiries in respect of availability of accommodation but will only be held for 5 days pending the receipt of the deposit.
PAYMENT
The balance after the initial booking deposit is due no later than 8 weeks before departure. A booking schedule together with an invoice indicating the amount payable will be submitted in advance. E.A.L. reserves the right to withdraw from the contract should the balance not be received by the date due. Under these circumstances E.A.L. will treat the booking as cancelled and a charge will be levied as scheduled below.
CANCELLATIONS AND ALTERATIONS
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be treated as effective from the date of the postmark on the correspondence. Cancellations will be charged as follows:

Alterations will not be accepted within 15 days of departure. Before this time E.A.L. will endeavour to accommodate any requests for reasonable changes to bookings. In these circumstances an administrative charge of £30 per alteration will be levied.
E.A.L. cannot accept liability of cancellations or alterations caused by political unrest, threat of war, outbreak of wars, civil disruption, riots, terrorist action, industrial action, natural disasters, acts of God, technical problems with transport, closure of ports or airports, suspension/delays/changes in schedule by airports/airlines/railways/ferry operators, government action, quarantine, epidemics, weather conditions or similar events beyond the control of the Company. The Client shall indemnify E.A.L. against all losses and/or damages, howsoever caused, arising directly from any act, default or omission of the Client.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES
E.A.L. is not responsible for and therefore will not accept liability for the natural environment of the accommodation such as the fauna, flora, insects, birds, rodents or other occurrences of nature that are indigenous to the location. E.A.L. does not accept liability for the failure of main services to the rented property, such as gas, electricity, telephone, water, the connection of foul drainage or other public or Private and Confidential services by government action or force majeure.
HOLIDAY HOME OCCUPATION
The number of persons indicated in the property description contained in this brochure is the maximum number of occupants permitted. Additional occupants will not be permitted without the written consent of E.A.L. Under no circumstances will the Client sub-let the accommodation or allow the property to be occupied by persons other than those stated on the booking form. Pets are not permitted in any of the properties in this brochure. It will be the Client's responsibility upon arrival to ensure that the property's inventory is complete and undamaged. Missing or damaged items must be reported immediately to the Keyholder. No consideration will be granted if this procedure is not followed upon arrival.
INSURANCE
The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc, since these are not covered by the Owner's insurance.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be paid to E.A.L. prior to departure. The Client will be advised of the amount of the refundable breakable deposit at the time of booking. The Client will report immediately to the Keyholder any damage or loss to the property or its contents during the occupancy. The Client will be liable for the costs incurred for the repair, or replacement of such damage or loss howsoever caused, but not limited to the total of the security deposit.
It will be the Client's responsibility to ensure that due care and consideration is taken of the property and its contents during the occupancy and to ensure that when the property is vacated it is left clean and tidy. Failure to do so will incur cleaning charges which will be deducted from the security deposit by E.A.L. or by the Keyholder.
The cost of heating and electricity for the occupancy is inclusive. Occupancy of the holiday property will begin after 2.00pm on the confirmed day of arrival. The Client must vacate the property before 10.00 am on the confirmed day of departure. These times can only be altered by prior arrangement with the Keyholder or E.A.L. E.A.L. will not accept responsibility for any inconvenience, delays or cost caused by the late arrival or departure of the Client. E.A.L. reserves the right to request the Client to vacate the property at any time should the Client not adhere to any of the stated conditions. Under these circumstances E.A.L. will not be liable for a refund of all or part of the holiday price, or pay any compensation. The properties that appear in this brochure are furnished and equipped with the appropriate amount of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Bed linen, towels, tea towels and dish- cloths are not provided. However, arrangements can be made via the booking form of E.A.L. for the hire of bed linen, etc.
COMPLAINTS
E.A.L. must be advised of complaints immediately in order that every opportunity is given to rectify matters without delay. In the first instance the Client should notify the Keyholder, or where appropriate the local representative of E.A.L.
Complaints which cannot be satisfied immediately should be made in writing within 28 days of the departure of the occupancy.
